When you need to translate a document you have to scan your document first in order to get an image file of it (usually it is a JPG file)

After you have scanned your document, you then send it to our e-mail address. (see our contact page). Within a few hours you will receive our answer informing you of the cost involved for your required translation. Once you have accepted our quotation, please send a further e-mail to us confirming you are satisfied and wish to go ahead, we will then proceed with your translation and return your document to you as soon as possible.
